Melba May (Park Overall) is a trailer park princess living in the desert town of Victorville, California who finds beauty in the dirt and grime of her surroundings. Until she discovers her trucker husband Flint (Don Harvey) in bed with her friend Hurricane (Sheila Tousey). But Melba's luck is about to change after a serendipitous encounter with Trent (Jamie Kennedy), Brad (Freddie Prinze, Jr.) and Joel (Steven Petrarca), three recent college graduates from Los Angeles heading to Las Vegas. While Melba decides Vegas is just what she needs, back in Victorville, the prize patrol reveals to Flint that Melba's won the million dollar sweepstakes. And if he's to share in the reward, Flint knows he must track her down and bring her back to Victorville. But if he finds her, which way will Melba roll the dice?
